Medication Replacement Policy
If your medication needs to be replaced, Novi will handle this at no cost to you.
To request a replacement:
Log in to your Novi patient portal.
Create a ticket under “Issues With Your Prescription.”
Upload photos of the medication.
Include a description of the issue.
Our team will begin processing your replacement right away.
