At Novi, subscriptions are billed automatically every 28 days, which is separate from your shipping schedule. Billing in advance allows our clinician team to begin reviewing your intake and preparing your treatment plan so your care can start promptly.

Note: If you complete your intake form and your payment for that period has not yet been collected, you may be charged the same day.

First payment: Before you sign up
Second payment: 21 days after the first payment
Subsequent payments: Every 28 days, roughly a week before your medication is delivered
