When an Appointment Is Needed
Not every patient will need to meet with a healthcare provider. Whether an appointment is required depends on the information shared during your medical intake assessment. This helps our clinical team determine the safest and most appropriate care path for you.
Virtual Appointments
In some cases, you may be routed to a virtual appointment based on your intake results. These visits allow our licensed providers to review your health details, answer questions, and confirm your treatment plan — all while maintaining the highest standards of care and convenience.
How to Schedule an Appointment
If your plan requires an appointment, you’ll be prompted to book one right after checkout. Simply log in to your Novi Portal and go to the “Appointments” tab to schedule.
Appointments are available daily throughout the day, so you can easily find a time that fits your schedule.
