How to Reschedule from the Novi Patient Portal
Log in to your Novi account through the Patient Portal.
Click “Appointments” in the main menu or dashboard.

Find your appointment and click “Schedule Appointment” or “Reschedule.”
📝 Note: As a Novi patient, you can book an appointment at any time.
You’ll be guided through a few quick questions to make sure we match you with the right provider:First, click Next after reading the note.
Select your state and click Next again.
Enter a short description of what you’d like to cover during your visit.
Choose a new date and time from the available options.
(Appointments are available daily throughout the day.)Review the updated details, then click “Confirm” or “Save.”
You’ll receive a confirmation email and, if available, a calendar invite with the new appointment time.
If you were prompted to book right after checkout, you can also reschedule anytime from the same Appointments tab.
If You Can’t Reschedule in the Portal
Make sure you’re logged into the correct Novi account (using the same email you booked with).
Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.
Switch to a different browser or device (mobile vs. desktop).
Check your confirmation email for a direct reschedule or calendar link.
If the Reschedule button isn’t visible, your appointment may require clinic support — contact us and we’ll help.
