If you’d like to go over your lab results and have them explained, you can easily schedule an appointment with one of our licensed providers. During your visit, your provider will review your results in detail, answer your questions, and discuss next steps in your care plan.
How to Schedule an Appointment from the Novi Patient Portal
Log in to your Novi account through the Patient Portal.
Click “Appointments” from the main menu or dashboard.

Click “Schedule Appointment.”
📝 Note: As a Novi patient, you can book an appointment at any time.
You’ll be guided through a few quick questions to help us match you with the right provider:Click Next to begin.
Select your state and click Next again.
Briefly describe that you’d like to review your lab results during this visit.
Choose a date and time that works best for you.
(Appointments are available every day, throughout the day.)Review your appointment details, then click “Confirm” or “Save.”
You’ll receive a confirmation email and, if available, a calendar invite with your appointment time.
If you experience any trouble booking or have difficulty accessing your portal, our team is happy to help you schedule directly.
