How do I get my next month’s prescription?

To receive your next month’s GLP-1 prescription, follow these steps:

Step 1: Complete the Refill Form

• Log in to your Novi Patient Portal.

• Go to the Refills tab.

• Complete the refill form.

• Note: The refill form will be available after your third injection.

• No prescription will be shipped without a completed form.

Step 2: Watch for Reminders

• Novi will send you an email and text reminder when it’s time to fill out your refill form.

Step 3: Discuss Any Concerns (Optional)

• If you have side effects or questions about your medication, you can schedule a clinician appointment under the Appointments tab in your portal.

• Appointments are available every day throughout the day for your convenience.
