How do I update my payment method or shipping address?

Updating Your Payment Method

You can update your payment method securely through Novi Customer Service:

1. Go to joinnovi.com and click Login in the top-right corner.

2. Enter your email address to receive a secure login link (check your spam or junk folder).

   • If your email isn’t recognized, try any other email you may have used during sign-up.

3. Once logged in, go to the Support tab and create a request for a secure link to update your payment method.

Note: Payment updates will apply to your next order. Orders already in progress cannot be modified with new payment details.

Updating Your Shipping Address

You can update your shipping address directly in your Novi Portal:

1. Go to joinnovi.com and click Login in the top-right corner.

2. Enter your email address to receive a secure login link (check your spam folder).

   • If your email isn’t recognized, try any other email you may have used during sign-up.

3. Once logged in, open the Profile tab and click Update in the Shipping Address section.

Note: Your updated shipping address will apply to your next order. Orders already in progress will be shipped to the address currently on file.
