Moving out of state isn’t an issue — you can continue with the Novi program as long as you’re located in a state we currently service.
In some cases, you may be asked to schedule an appointment with a new provider licensed in your state to ensure continuity of care.
Step 1: Update Your Shipping Address
You can easily update your shipping address through your Novi Portal:
Log in to your portal.
Click on the Profile tab.
Select Update in the Shipping Address box.
Step 2: Contact Support if Needed
