After signing up with Novi, here’s what you can expect regarding your prescription and delivery:
Step 1: Prescription Review
Your clinician will review your medical information.
If you’re eligible, your prescription will be written within 24 hours.
If a live consultation is required, you’ll receive an email invitation to book a video appointment with a provider.
Tip: Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the email immediately.
Step 2: Prescription Fulfillment and Shipping
Once approved, your prescription is sent to one of our pharmacy partners for processing.
Medication is delivered directly to your home within 7 business days.
Note: Pharmacies do not ship Friday through Sunday to maintain medication quality and safety.
You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your package ships.
