How do I update my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address directly from your Novi Portal.

Step 1: Log In to Your Portal

• Go to joinnovi.com and click Login in the top-right corner.

• Enter your email address to receive a secure login link.

• Tip: Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email.

• If the email doesn’t work, you may have signed up with a different email—try that instead.

Step 2: Update Your Shipping Address

• Once logged in, go to the Profiles tab.

• Click Update in the Shipping Address section.

• Enter your new shipping information and save your changes.

Step 3: Important Notes

• Your updated shipping address will take effect for your next order.

• Orders already in progress will be shipped to the address currently on file.

• Shipments already in transit cannot be rerouted to your new address.
