The Novi Portal is a secure, online platform designed to make managing your health care with Novi simple, convenient, and stress-free. It provides a centralized place to access everything you need for your treatment, from appointments to medication management and support.
Key Features (In Order of Portal Tabs)
Home – View your dashboard overview, upcoming appointments, subscription status, and quick action links.
Appointments – Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments with your clinician.
Documents – Upload and manage lab results, prescriptions, and medical records; view previously uploaded documents.
Refills – Submit and track medication refill requests.
Subscriptions (Account Management) – View subscription details, track payments and billing, and request updates or cancellations.
Orders – Track medication shipment status and view order history with shipping details.
Support – Contact the Care Team via chat, email, or phone for assistance with billing, shipping, or account issues.
Step-by-Step: Logging In
Go to joinnovi.com and click Login in the top-right corner.
Enter your email address to receive a secure login link.
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the email, then click the login link to access your portal.
