Your initial payment is used to cover:
Review of your medical intake form
Health assessments
Consultations with your licensed clinician
Collecting payment upfront ensures your case is reviewed promptly, so your clinician can determine eligibility for medication and create your personalized plan.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only given in the specific situation where a clinician reviews your case and determines that medication cannot be safely prescribed. In other words, if the medication cannot be provided for your care, you get your payment back.
No Medication Returns: Due to the nature of medications, we are unable to accept returns once shipped.
Concerns or Issues: If your medication does not meet your expectations or you have any concerns, please contact us. Our team will work with you to find a solution, address your questions, or provide guidance.
