If you lose less than 5 pounds within your first month on the JoinNovi program, you are eligible for a full refund of your program fee.
To qualify, you must follow the program as prescribed, including provider visits and care coaching guidance.
You must also provide a picture of the vial from your completed month’s prescription as proof of program adherence.
How to Claim Your Refund
Contact our support team via email or through your patient portal.
Provide proof of your weight before and after your first month on the program.
Submit a picture of the vial from that month’s prescription.
Our team will review your progress and process your refund, typically within 5–7 business days depending on your bank’s processing times.
Refills & Discounted Medications
If you are on refill medications and lose less than 5 pounds in a month, you can contact our support team to receive the next level of medication at a discounted price.
A picture of the completed vial is also required for discounted refills.
Our team will guide you through the process and ensure you continue your program safely and effectively.
