Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Start with a Consultation
If required, you’ll be scheduled for a private telehealth appointment with a licensed clinician in your state.
In some cases, our highly skilled clinical team can review your intake form and determine your treatment plan without the need for a video call.
Either way, your health history and goals will be carefully reviewed to ensure your plan is tailored specifically to you.
2️⃣ Get Your Personalized Plan
If a prescription is appropriate, your clinician will recommend the best medication option for your needs.
You’ll also gain access to resources and ongoing guidance to help you stay on track with your progress and goals.
3️⃣ Receive Your Medication
Once the pharmacy receives your prescription, most patients receive their medication within 72 hours.
In some cases, delivery may take 5–7 business days depending on your location.
Your order will always be shipped directly and discreetly to your door for your privacy and convenience.
4️⃣ Ongoing Support
Your journey doesn’t end with delivery — it’s just the beginning.
Our support team is always here to:
Answer questions about your plan or medication
Coordinate follow-ups when needed
