Now that you’ve signed up, here’s what you can expect next:
1️⃣ Provider Review
Most patients provide enough information in their intake form for our licensed clinicians to create a treatment plan without needing a video call.
In some cases, your provider may ask you to schedule a private telehealth appointment to discuss your health details before proceeding.
Either way, your care will always be personalized to your unique goals and needs.
2️⃣ Create Your Plan
During your consultation or intake review, your provider will:
Review your health history and goals
Design a personalized treatment plan
Determine whether a prescription is appropriate
If approved, your prescription will be written at this stage, and you’ll receive next-step instructions right away.
3️⃣ Receive Your Medication
Once your prescription is complete, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Most patients receive their medication within 72 hours, though delivery can take up to 7 business days depending on your location.
Your order will be shipped directly and discreetly to your door.
