Yes. Your Novi subscription renews automatically every 28 days until you cancel.
To cancel, submit a Cancel My Account ticket to our support team for assistance.
How Payments Work
Your Novi subscription payments are handled automatically so you don’t have to worry about billing.
Automatic Collection
Payments are collected automatically and can be viewed in the Subscriptions tab of your portal.
Note: If you complete your intake form and your payment for that period has not yet been collected, you may be charged the same day.
Billing Schedule
First payment: Before you sign up
Second payment: 21 days after the first payment
Subsequent payments: Every 28 days, roughly a week before your medication is delivered
