How do I reactivate my account if I canceled?

You can reactivate your Novi account anytime.

Step 1: Contact Support

• Email [e-mail] or call [phone] (available Monday–Sunday, 8 AM–8 PM EST) to start the reactivation process.

Step 2: Verify Your Identity

• If you no longer have access to the email associated with your previous account, our Care Team will help verify your identity using other personal information, such as:

  • Full name

  • Date of birth

  • Phone number on file

  • Last four digits of a payment method, if applicable

Step 3: Reactivate Your Account

• Once your identity is verified, the Care Team will guide you through setting up a new email for your account and restoring access to your Novi subscription.

Your account can then be reactivated, and you can resume your treatment seamlessly.
