When Will I Receive My Medication?

Once your provider writes your prescription, here’s what to expect:

Step 1: Prescription Processing

• After your provider writes your prescription, the pharmacy receives and processes the order.

Step 2: Delivery Timeline

• Most patients receive their medication within 72 hours of the pharmacy receiving the order.

• In some cases, delivery may take up to 5–7 business days.

Step 3: Tracking Your Shipment

• You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your medication ships.

• You can also check your shipment status directly from the home page of your Novi Patient Portal.

• Use the tracking number to follow your order from the pharmacy to your doorstep.
